The Silver Islet Campers’ Association members
are cottager owners that enjoy the outdoors, respect the
environment, like the friendship of others and most importantly love Silver
Islet. We have joined together for more
than 80 years to ensure that Silver Islet remains a safe and friendly place for
all. Silver Islet is a very unique cottage (camp) area in that it becomes a little
village for the summer months. It also has a famous past as a 150 year old
historic silver mining community. The campers
association is a volunteer group that acts as an advocate to provide
governance, safety and seasonal activities. The Silver Islet Campers’ Association has nine
elected board members and a community full of volunteers.
